way to maximize the performance and minimize the cost of desired construction options. That is, give the customers what they
want in the most economical manner. Place exterior openings at CMU unit dimensions, plan room dimensions to closely match
flooring unit sizes, don't place trusses over walls with plumbing or HVAC chases - we try to look at all the details and,
wherever possible, save material and labor costs. During the last ten years, we have produced hundreds of plans for
owners and builders, including five years with Del Webb (now part of Pulte Homes). This company, CitrusCAD Corp., is
