Paper to Electronic files We will convert your existing plans to electronic format, either dwg, dxf or pdf.  These are not scanned drawings, but dimensionally accurate CAD drawings.  We normally use the AIA CAD Layer Guidelines, but can adapt to your own layering system if you can provide us with a sample of your standards.  Personalized Plans We can take one of your standard plans and make those changes necessary to make it unique for a particular homeowner. Custom Plans Bring your own design to life!  Let's start from scratch and make yours a truly one-of-a-kind home.    2D to 3D Conversion  Using the latest CAD software, we can produce 3D drawings of your home to help you visualize the plan.  These plans can be viewed in several different formats, including being able to measure, rotate, orbit and section the structure, while being able to control the layers!  Easy to send via e-mail for viewing by others out of state, using the free Acrobat® software.  BIM What is BIM?  The Building Information Modeling system is the newest stage of construction documents.  Rather than a set of lines drawn on the paper or the computer screen, BIM actually shows graphic representations of objects.
